Our ambition is to break new ground with our partners and games to redefine the value of PlayStation.About The Team: The Strategy & Planning team leads all aspects of business management, planning, strategy development, operations, team engagement, and communications for the department across the globe. Reporting into the Director, Strategy & Planning, this role will be vital to the operational excellence of this team.About You: You are a solutions-oriented leader who possesses excellent organizational skills and is an effective communicator that thrives in highly collaborative and cross-functional environments. You are self-driven and want to contribute to the success of a global organization by helping them scale and build seamless processes.Cross-Functional Liaison:

Act as a liaison between our department and global cross functional teams (Brand, CRM, Social, Consumer Insights, territory, commercial etc.).Process Lead:

Work with the GPM team to establish internal processes for our team to drive operational excellence.Rhythms of business:

Own and help manage the rhythm of the business by leading regular monthly, quarterly and annual operational planning cycles.Global Budget Management:

Oversee the day-to-day monitoring and reconciliation of the team’s global marketing budget.Own and drive end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic and complex cross-regional, cross-functional initiatives.Ad-Hoc Support:

Support the department with miscellaneous cross-functional project support.What we are looking for:

Proven senior years of relevant work experience with domain expertise in one of the following areas: video gaming, brand/partner marketing, portfolio management, process implementation, project management and/or consulting.Proven track record of building processes where they have not existed before to improve team productivity.Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated success creating and delivering documentation at all levels.Experience working with globally-distributed teams and multicultural working environments.Proven acumen of complex budgets across multiple projects.Technical skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.Creative and energetic team player who is proactive, curious, embraces change and has a desire to continually learn and improve.Preferred:
