Internal Communications Strategy:

Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives and messaging across all communication channels.Content Creation:

Create content for internal communications channels, including newsletters, emails, intranet, and other digital platforms.Integrated Storytelling:

Develop and propose internal integrated communications programs that strategically use all available channels and resources.Large-scale Internal Events:

Help plan and implement internal events, such as town halls, team meetings, and employee recognition programs.Company Ambassador:

Uphold and promote the organization's values and culture through internal communications.Associate Engagement:

Build associate engagement through the development and execution of communication strategies to drive desired behaviors; provide easy-to-access, relevant, and engaging enterprise information through tools and resources.Change Management:

Support change management initiatives by providing communication support and guidance.Team Leadership:

Lead and establish a team of communications professionals, providing guidance and training, setting goals, and ensuring the team's alignment with the communications strategy.Team Member Engagement:

Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, including BBW leadership and industry influencers, to support the brand's objectives.Budget and Resource Management:

Responsible for the department’s budget, efficiently using business acumen to allocate resources effectively.Measurement:

Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and adjust as needed.Trends:

10+ years of leadership experience in a communication role, demonstrating successful internal communications strategy development and implementation for a large, distributed nationwide corporation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and compellingly.Experience in crisis communication, executive speech writing, leading large employee events, and customer engagement.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for communications.Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or related field.We are an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
