We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Design Consultant to join our team at Reform. As a Design Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and design guidance to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-store and online consultations to provide expert advice on kitchen projects, focusing on design, color, and space.Ensure that every client is treated with respect and receives personalized assistance.Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely manner.Maintain a database of clients and provide top-notch customer service.Perform daily tasks to keep the showroom in optimal condition.Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience as a Design Consultant.Availability to work on weekends.Excellent communication and listening skills.Ability to understand clients' needs and offer appropriate design solutions.Physical ability to handle large and heavy merchandise.Proficiency in computer software including Mac, PC, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.If you are passionate about design, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you. This role offers a competitive compensation package including pay and benefits. The anticipated pay range for this role will be: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
