A leading manufacturer of ATA cases for the events industry is looking for a National Sales Executive catering to the events, touring, and rentals & staging markets. Must have experience selling ATA cases to these markets.

The National Case Sales Manager is responsible for new business growth and account management of existing clients while seeking to find new areas of opportunity in client accounts for additional revenue opportunities. This person will create and maintain relationships with clients across an array of current and prospective industries served by Nationwide Case. This position will work closely with the members of the Equipment Sales and Logistics teams and will report directly to the Vice President of Sales & Business Development.

Essential Functions:

Demonstrate features and benefits of case design and associated materials with a strong understanding of case manufacturing and production.

Identify and convert prospects from a variety of industries into consistent, repeat clients demonstrated through a working knowledge of various markets and industries that require such services.

Maintain regular contact with clients seeking additional revenue opportunities.

Negotiate pricing to aid in the confirmation of business transactions while maintaining maximum profit margins.

Engage with clients and design engineers to ensure proper case design to best fit client’s requirements.

Achieve business growth in market share and revenue.

Maintain and share information obtained in the field using our CRM and communicate proper reporting of prospects and client pipeline.

Prepare forecasting of projected monthly, quarterly, and annual sales for the region.

Participate in all activities needed to support the management functions of the team as assigned.

Act as an advocate for clients to aid them in their interactions with the Customer Service team.

Establish and maintain ongoing client relationships with various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in business development and/or field sales with a proven record of success.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in case manufacturing and/or sales.

This position must be able to travel at least 50% of the time.

Personal vehicle for transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.

Preferred Education and Experience:

10+ years of experience in business development and/or field sales.

5+ years of experience in the case manufacturing industry.

Technical Certification or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office environment and may include warehouse environments with exposure to heavy machinery and noise.
