About The Role

This position will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of brand strategies for Health Care Professional (HCP) marketing activities for a potential rare disease launch in the US (Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia).

The Sr. Manager, Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing HCP marketing strategies to support Neurocrine’s objectives and growth plan in CAH based on market knowledge, customer insights, and brand strategy. This individual’s focus will be on endocrinologists and select HCPs in other specialties (primary care, urology, OB/GYN, etc.) that treat CAH patients. This person will be responsible for the implementation of disease state education and promotional materials for the sales force and field enablement, developing all non-personal programs and owning the HCP branded and unbranded campaigns. They will also be responsible for ensuring strong cross-functional alignment in the flawless execution of strategy and promotional tactics working in close collaboration with partners, especially Sales, Sales Training, Market Research, Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, Regional Marketing Managers, Managed Markets, Regulatory other members of the brand team, and agencies. This individual will also be responsible for additional projects across the brand as assigned.

The role will include creative development of marketing materials to support the CAH program across tactics/programs related to low-volume endocrinologists for CAH, AHPs, and other non-endocrinologist physicians. In addition, this individual will be responsible for the development and management of medical marketing, peer to peer activity, collaborate in the development of brand-building marketing plans, and support tactics to accelerate growth for the key brands in CAH. This person will be critical in ensuring marketing and sales alignment and utilization of an omnichannel approach to HCP communications.

Your Contributions (include, But Are Not Limited To)Contributes to the strategic development and execution of brand initiativesWorks cross-functionally to solicit input to develop the Annual Brand Plan, HCP Engagement Plan, aligning with patient marketing plan and support the budget allocation process; identify expert external partners to execute key solutions to enhance HCP educationPartner with the Sales, Market Insights, Regional Marketing Managers, and Medical Affairs to leverage a prioritized customer segmentation, and align marketing messages, tactics and resources against HCP segments; develop NPP tactics that support and enhance personal promotion effortsDevelop innovative omni-channel NPP HCP engagement tactics to amplify and compliment field team efforts, implement a measurement plan to monitor performance, and regularly provide recommendations to pivot as needed on based data to optimize overall impactSupports/develops identification of up and coming KOLs in partnership with HCP Personal lead and RMM teamLead presence at digital and live ad boards, peer-to-peer, educational events and congresses with an educational/NPP focusManage multiple agencies, including creative, AOR, media, digital, P2P; accountable for project timelines and budgets; participate in monthly budget forecasting meetings. Experience in managing advertising Agency of Record activities. Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $151,800.00-$220,050.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
