We are seeking a talented Video Production Manager to oversee all aspects of video production, from conceptualization to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
duPont Registry Podcast:
Studio Management: Organize and manage the podcast studio, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and set up for recording sessions.
Production Coordination: Oversee the scheduling, planning, and execution of podcast episodes.
Shooting: Direct and shoot podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality video and audio capture.
Editing: Edit podcast videos for publication across multiple platforms, maintaining consistent quality and branding.
Content Optimization: Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize video content for social media, YouTube, and other distribution channels.Petrolicious Film Production:
Project Management: Lead and manage the entire production process for Petrolicious films, from pre-production to post-production.
Creative Direction: Develop and execute the creative vision for each film, ensuring it aligns with the Petrolicious brand and aesthetic.
Team Leadership: Oversee a team of videographers, editors, and production assistants, providing guidance and ensuring deadlines are met.
Editing: Perform or oversee the editing of films, ensuring they meet the highest standards of storytelling and technical quality.
Budget Management: Manage production budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Qualifications
Proven experience as a Video Production Manager, particularly in podcast and film production.
Strong portfolio showcasing your work in both studio and on-location settings.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Passion for the automotive industry and familiarity with motorsports and luxury brands is a plus.
