Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Job DescriptionAs the Director of Marketing, your objective is to increase our market share through exciting promotional campaigns that highlight our exceptional guest offerings and establish a strong presence. You will be responsible for creating and promoting on-brand messaging across various channels to enhance the hotel's image, drive consumer awareness, increase market share, and strengthen brand recognition.What You Will Be Doing:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the hotel's luxury branding and business goals. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance the hotel's market presence and revenue generation.Conducted yearly and monthly forecasting of e-commerce digital strategies and KPIS, aligning strategies withmarket trends and business objectives.Spearhead digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and the hotel’s various websites. Focus on leveraging digital tools to enhance guest engagement and retention and on-going reporting. A test and learn mindset is preferable.Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on.Liaise with the regional and corporate office on projects to support company initiatives.Build, mentor, and lead a marketing team that is proactive and innovative. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
