This role, which focuses on website, email, and SMS channels is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, optimization, and performance of digital marketing initiatives, including website content strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and SMS mobile marketing efforts.What we offerPTO, volunteer hours, and competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law401k for all employees 18 and over with a company 3% matchEducation assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new onesOnsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all employees over 18 years of ageA "career for life" approach to professional and personal development for our greatest asset; our team membersA culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and valuesFree onsite parking at all of our communities and corporate officesCompensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $90,000/annually.How you will make an impactManage email marketing and SMS mobile marketing strategies and automated programs.Determine, develop, and execute website enhancement initiatives that align with the overall digital marketing program strategy.Manage the conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing of the website and landing pages to improve lead generation performance.Vendor management, including providing valuable input during regular agency meetings and handling the timely follow-up of all related tasks required.Collaborate with the digital marketing analyst to provide digital marketing insights to gauge channel performance and user engagement, identifying actionable insights to inform strategies and communicate results through presentations and written documentation as needed.Partner with the digital marketing agency to determine and execute strategic content marketing SEO optimizations for corporate and community websites.What you will need3 or more years working in a digital marketing role that includes at least 2 years of experience in the following: Website testing and optimization; SEO and content marketing strategy; Email marketing; SMS mobile marketing.Experience using digital marketing software and platforms, including content management systems (CMS), an email service provider and a CRM/database/marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Experience using Google Analytics and other measurement applications for digital marketing campaign performance analysis.Basic HTML knowledge.Understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) and functional design best practices for websites and landing pages.Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
