VIZIO’s Editorial team is looking for a strategic and data-driven manager to lead the planning & implementation of on-platform campaigns. The manager is results-oriented, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Programming, and Marketing to deliver an engaging experience to VIZIO users, curating & promoting content from our WatchFree+ channel and studio partners.A successful candidate will optimize scheduling processes across all on-platform touch points. Communicate to cross-functional teams the strategy and content to meet go-to-market goals & deadlines. Predict and react quickly to changes in scheduling calendars.You will interface with existing platform products, as well as ideate on new features to drive engagement. You will have an exceptional understanding of the technical operation process of internal CMS and documentation tools. This role requires outstanding attention to detail and time-management to balance multiple priorities in a team environment.We are a fast-paced team looking for a candidate who is passionate about entertainment trends as it relates to television, movies, and streaming services.

What You Will DoLead the development and scheduling of WatchFree+ content across all relevant platform pages, including sourcing artwork, quality controlling & troubleshooting in order to build out compelling content experiences.Set up promotional placements and larger campaigns within multiple planning & CMS tools, working cross-functionally with Programming, Marketing and Business Development teams.Monitor & report editorial campaign performance for cross-team visibility via Airtable scheduling calendars, SpringServe, and Tableau dashboard analytics.Support WatchFree+ Programming’s seasonal tentpoles and themed events that will drive optimal Home Screen engagement metrics.Identify WatchFree+ content that align with key stakeholders’ goals to grow new/active devices, streaming hours, session durations, etc.Anticipate and proactively adjust programming schedules alongside incoming ad campaigns, partner marketing, and product marketing campaigns to deliver a balanced home screen experience.Track and pull complex platform data to summarize into clear and actionable insights for key stakeholders.Optimize editorial impression allocation & streaming hours utilizing provided dashboards to make data-driven scheduling decisions and suggestions/changes to teams.Build and improve workflows to support existing and new features as it relates to on-platform programming efforts.

About You5+ years developing and executing programming schedules and/or promotional placements.Demonstrated experience and deliverables with measurable goals, platform engagement, customer retention or launch awareness.Self-motivated, highly organized and have exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, reliable and hard-working team player.Ability to prioritize, coordinate and track a variety of tasks happening at once.Familiar with spreadsheets (Office 365) as it relates to tracking and reporting.Comfort with change and ability to pivot to new tasks, goals, and opportunities.Passion for entertainment content and familiarity with FAST and on-demand streaming services.Proficient in Programming/CMS Software & Tools, Microsoft Office, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, SpringServe.

The minimum salary for this position is $82,000/year. The maximum salary for this position is $106,000/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.For Washington-based employment:

The base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $106,000. Compensation may vary inside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the employee’s total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, commissions, profit-sharing, or other stock compensation.Benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage, group and supplemental life insurance, 401(k) with company match, up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO), paid sick leave, eight (8) paid holidays per year, eight (8) weeks of paid paternity/maternity leave, and tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance, other health benefits through VIZIO’s employee assistance program (EAP).
