Vice President of Growth . This role will focus on driving and developing business development strategies and strategists across multiple organizations, including firms in which Orchestra has recently made majority investment and future investments. The person best suited to this role will be an entrepreneurial self-starter, ideally with strong backgrounds in digital and content or integrated marketing, digital communications or data and insights in an agency setting. Ideally the person will have knowledge of and experience with business development and client growth. This person will report directly to the Head of Growth.Please note that this is

a sales job.Location:

This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in-office 3 days per week.ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONSAs the Vice President of Growth, you will…Lead business development (BD) strategy for our digital, content and data and insights teams, including shaping the voice and tone of proposals.Create strategy for and lead development of tailor-made, engaging proposals and presentations for select new business projects.Support decisions involving price structures and price negotiations.Support BD team management, including capacity planning and Growth team-wide initiatives.Analyze business trends within a client group.Identify, develop and implement a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Contribute to developing and implementing go-to-market and sales strategies for the digital, content and data and insights teams, including cross-selling opportunities with other teams and current clients.Work individually with team members to build a high-performance business development practice area while expanding BD capacities and mapping their networks.Proactively identify and drive BD engagement within key sectors.Support team management in building clear BD reporting, leading business development check-ins and providing ongoing feedback on strategy and proposal development.Utilize CRM to actively manage an opportunity pipeline and provide critical information needed for forecasting.Build the capacity of Growth team and account team managers to integrate digital, content and data and analytics services into their client offerings.Essential skills:5-8+ years of professional experience, preferably in an agency setting, working on digital, content or data and analytics offerings.Experience in business development, including shaping business development processes, directing new business strategies and developing sharp, tailored proposals.Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize work streams and track progress across multiple teams.Expert multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.Strong writing and research skills that ensure that every stone is overturned along with the creation of sharp, compelling content for new business.Note:

Orchestra offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.Salary range
