As the Senior Art Director - Global Multimedia Design, you will lead and execute the creative vision of multimedia design projects that enhance our brand presence worldwide. Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement creative concepts and visual designs for digital, print, and experiential projects, maintaining brand consistency and aligning with strategic objectives.Lead a team of designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative and innovative creative environment.Partner closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to understand objectives and translate them into compelling visual storytelling.Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while adhering to budget constraints and quality standards.Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behaviors, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the design team.Present creative ideas, concepts, and designs to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating rationale and strategic insights.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful multimedia design projects within the fashion retail or related industries.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other multimedia design software.Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring a team of designers.Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques across digital and print media.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.Experience working in a global or international fashion retail environment.Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation techniques.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and user experience design principles.Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in multimedia design and digital marketing.
