What You W

ill Do

Partner with the Co-Founder/COO to bring design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they embody our brand’s sophistication.

Collaborate on designing new salon locations and updating current projects, maintaining our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Handle internal design projects as needed, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our brand.

Keep the current brand book up to date and help create a new one for each location, including physical samples.

Liaise with vendors to source and procure the highest quality materials and supplies.

Work cross-functionally with all departments in the business, primarily in operations and marketing.

Oversee inventory and supplies, ensuring that project timelines are met without compromise.

Maintain meticulous records of project progress and vendor interactions.

Ensure all projects adhere to budgetary and timeline constraints, upholding our efficiency and quality standards.

Facilitate the ordering process for project design items, including furniture, fabrics, etc

You pride yourself on exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure all parties involved in projects are kept up to date.

You ideally have previous experience at an architectural and/or design firm.

You are an expert in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.

You have a strong understanding of contemporary design principles and trends.

Pay TransparencyTargeted base compensation range is $120,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
