Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Manager and Marketing Strategist to join our team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing spa operations and developing effective marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Management:
Manage staff performance evaluations/Sales
Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Implement and monitor operational procedures and policies.
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution.
Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Dvida Spa's services and products.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the spa’s website.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and coordinate promotional events and special offers.
Collaborate with external partners and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in spa or retail management.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
