The Director of Sales & Marketing Training leads a team of sales & marketing training managers to guide the identification and development of essential training programs to support and elevate the performance of the NORAM sales and marketing staff. Working in collaboration with sales & marketing leadership, this position defines and implements the soft and hard skills training aligned with staff performance expectations and defined competencies. This position oversees the ongoing evolution of training programs to support the strategic business objectives of the company.

All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.Primary DutiesManage, coach, and develop team of Sales & Marketing Training Managers.Develop the sales & marketing training strategies to support the NORAM Sales & Marketing teams’ defined competencies, working in close collaboration with their executive leadership.Oversee the development, update, and delivery of blended training programs, tools, and materials in a variety of formats for sales & marketing staff, adhering to best practices in adult learning principles and methodologies to support CLN & IND businesses.Conduct and oversee training needs assessments for sales & marketing staff, working in partnership with their executive leadership.Provide leadership for problem resolution, efficiency gains, process improvements, and improved working relationships with a focus on company revenue and profitability objectives at both a strategic and tactical level.Prepare and manage annual capacity plan, OPEX, and CAPEX budgets adhering to company policies and guidelines.Drive flexibility and responsiveness to address key strategic initiatives to support business objectives and new projects.Develop and foster cross-functional networks and partnerships locally, regionally, and globally to support the continuous improvement of the sales & marketing training programs.Cultivate and foster an environment of trust and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders encompassing the bioMerieux Behaviors.Maintain department processes and procedures to produce and manage required training course materials.Ensure program and Sales & Marketing L&D staff compliance with company-defined HR, legal, and compliance guidelines.Training and EducationExperience8-10 years relevant industry and management experience.5 years Sales and/or Marketing experience.5 years training and/or coaching experience.Training or coaching certification preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to optimally lead in a cross-functional environment, providing direction and guidance to team members with varied and complementary responsibilities.Knowledge of instructional systems design and LMS systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage up and down hierarchically across the organization globally.
