You can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below.This position is remote/hybrid within the state of AZ only.PURPOSE OF THE JOB Manager, Segment Marketing Communications is responsible for leading, strategizing and implementing all segment marketing communications plans both compliance requirements and member engagement strategies designed to capitalize on delivering NPS, CAHPS and Member Experience performance. Manager will work cross functionally within segment and corporate marketing teams to design and execute all compliance requirements and marketing communications engagement strategies through multiple media channels, including direct mail and digital channels.QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

N/AESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate under general direction from the segment leadership; assignments are made in terms of broad practice, precedents, policies, and goals. Work may be reviewed for fulfillment of program objectives and conformance with departmental policy and practice.Provide marketing communications and member engagement support to STARs, and Risk Revenue teams.Set communication campaign KPIs and benchmarks, identify tracking requirements and report on performance as needed to meet established benchmarks in alignment with NPS, Stars and Risk Revenue goals.Lead team members to deliver all communications accurately within compliance requirements and on budget.Create annual marketing communications plans that include goals, messaging, target audience, strategy, tactics, timing, reporting and budget.Manage the development of all CMS-mandated member marketing materials (ANOC, EOC, Comprehensive Formulary, Provider/Pharmacy Directory, Dental Directory, ID Cards) and CMS-mandated prospect materials (Summary of Benefits, Enrollment Application, Star Ratings Sheet), meeting all CMS implementation and website posting deadlines.Drive and understand primary and secondary research needed to understand consumer audience attitudes, behaviors, barriers, and perceptions related to the sale and utilization of products and services.Identify target audience profiles to reach optimal audiences for member engagement strategies.Develop value proposition, messaging matrix, creative briefs, and other messaging to inform communications strategy.Recommend marketing budget allocation and manage spend expectations based on approved budgets.Prepare tactical campaign work plans to ensure timeliness and accountability of campaign implementation.Segment Subject Matter Expert on CMS Medicare marketing guidelines, company brand rules.Ensure all member materials are published in compliance with regulatory requirements.Assign tasks and supervise internal and external resources to execute marketing communications campaigns.Engage segment stakeholders for feedback and approval of all marketing communications and strategies.The position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements.Perform all other duties as assigned.COMPETENCIESREQUIRED COMPETENCIES
