Analyst, Media Business Operations We’re searching for an Analyst of Media Business Operations. The Analyst will play a central role in collaborating with Media, Accounts Payable and Client Finance teams on a daily basis. Areas of focus will include partnering with Media on monthly reconciliation efforts, tracking invoice reconciliation, reviewing financial data for irregularities and errors on an ongoing basis, confirming proper storage of key financial documents, and providing regular feedback to the Media Business Operations manager and internal teams on reconciliation progress.

Monthly media reconciliation supportManage invoice discrepancy resolutionPerform regular campaign spot checks on financial documentation upkeepOrganize bi-weekly meetings with the team to discuss key campaign metricsProvide assistance on media billing questionsDay to day contact with Media, Finance and Accounts Payable teamsPartner with Media to reconcile monthly campaign delivery – contact vendors, input data, track invoice payments, dispute invoice discrepancies, etc.Review campaign data on a weekly basisConfirm that financial contracts are being stored accurately and up to dateBecome familiar with planning tool and process, procurement system and billing process, and training documentationAssist teams with troubleshooting billing issues and errorsCompany Information Digitas is the Networked Experience agency, where we believe that today’s marketing problems can no longer be siloed.
