Senior Marketing Specialist._

As a diversified, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility.**Position Purpose:** Support the management of day-to-day relationships with local health plan marketing teams to successfully procure/re-procure Medicaid managed care contracts through best-in-class, insight driven marketing, media, and activations to drive impact at a local level. Support the execution of the annual marketing plan for the Medicaid managed care plans to grow member acquisition and retention in close partnership with the Health Plan teams. Help identify, design and drive adoption of marketing capabilities, platforms, and processes at a national level to support the state-based and local Health Plan efforts.+ Drive the adoption of common ways of working that support Medicaid’s strategy and leverage tools that can help drive marketing excellence across the network+ Identify opportunities for scale and efficiency in both enabling investment (agency fees, production, research etc.) and media to support development and delivery of hyper-local content+ Identify and gather best practices and learnings to share with state-based markets and establish a community of practice to scale across the network+ Drive the day-to-day execution portfolio strategy to communicate Health Plans’ community impact to key stakeholders+ Monitor compliance with federal norms including regulatory, accreditation, and audits+ Craft and adapt marketing activations content so that they are relevant and accessible to all audiences+ Support design, planning, and execution of national, regional, and state-level campaigns to help support Medicaid membership and messaging goals+ Performs other duties as assigned+ Complies with all policies and standards**Education/Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred. 3+ years of related business experience required. Healthcare industry marketing experience preferred.
