The US Small Business and Middle Market segment (SME – Small and Medium Enterprise) is the largest GCS customer segment, with tremendous growth momentum, and continues to be a key area of investment and focus for our company.The Tele Sales Marketing & Enablement team is part of the Managed Marketing Prospect organization in GCS. This team is focused on delivering essential value to US SME Prospects and Customer-Facing Colleagues through best-in-class B2B marketing.The Sr. Manager, US SME Tele Sales Marketer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of all Tele Sales marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the desired objectives by setting clear project goals, and providing guidance and support to team members. They will also lead channel innovation for Tele Sales teams with a focus on enabling Sales tools to elevate Marketing strategies for Tele Sales.The candidate will require the ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment, learn complex internal American Express systems/processes, collaborate across teams, influence across all levels of leadership and successfully manage many projects and deadlines at an incredibly fast pace.**Minimum Qualifications:**+ **Workflow Development** : Design and implement standardized workflows and processes to optimize team efficiency, organization and structure. Workflows should identify key connection points (MCR, ONE.force, GWS, MET Tool, RBST Requirements, SBS Application, etc.) to ensure seamless & flawless E2E offer and content campaign execution.+ **Project Planning and Execution** : Develop detailed project plans and timelines for all marketing campaigns taking into account dependencies, milestones and deadlines.+ **Documentation & Reporting** : Establish robust documentation practices to capture project details, decisions, and action items. Generate regular reports on project status & campaign execution milestone tracking. Identify opportunities for optimization and make process improvement recommendations for future campaigns.+ **Team Management** : Lead and manage a team of three Marketing Campaign Execution Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Delegate tasks effectively, set clear expectations, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met. Identify any resource/system gaps and take proactive measures to address them.+ **Quality Control** : Ensure all marketing campaigns meet high-quality standards and adhere to requirement guidelines.+ **Process Improvement:** Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Assess current team processes, identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance organization, efficiency and visibility of work to leadership.+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to enhance teamwork and synergy.+ **Risk Management** : Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact campaign execution or results. Develop contingency plans and communicate effectively with leaders, teammates and stakeholders to minimize disruptions.+ **Marketing Strategy Enablement** : Enable Field Tech Investments & Critical Selling Tools (e.g. Outreach, ONE.force) to elevate marketing strategies that drive sales efficiencies, increase contact rate and shorten the sales cycle.**Minimum Qualifications:**+ At least 5 years of marketing experience+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing preferred (or equivalent)+ Extremely detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment+ Creative, goal-oriented professional with a proven track record for driving innovation and setting effective plans to achieve targets.+ Experience in project management with the ability to juggle many deadlines & work streams preferred+ Collaborative self-starter with strong problem-solving skills+ Strong written and verbal communication skills+ Customer-focused mindset; excited and passionate about creating a great sales experience+ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.**Qualifications**Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
