This high-visibility role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to develop innovative publishing tools and technologies that empower and support our essential content creators. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive solutions that enhance the publishing lifecycle and unlock new models and distribution channels for our partners.ABOUT YOUYou are an entrepreneurial thought leader who will redefine how we empower and support the essential publishers that fuel our service. In this high visibility role, you will lead Audible's publisher product strategy and roadmap. You will be the voice of publishers within Audible, deeply understanding their needs to create revolutionary publishing tools and technologies. Through close partnership with our content, engineering, design, and business teams, you will drive innovative solutions that remove barriers and provide publishers with a world-class experience on Audible's platform.As an Associate Director, Product Strategy, you will...- Develop a comprehensive publisher product vision and roadmap aligning to Audible's strategic priorities, advocating for publishers across Audible's internal teams and product decisions- Conduct in-depth market research and insights-gathering to identify unmet needs and opportunities with our publishers- Conceptualize and spec new products/features enhancing the publishing lifecycle from metadata to distribution- Define and track robust KPIs measuring publisher product experience and engagement- Establish Audible as a publishing technology leader, unlocking new monetization models and distribution channelsABOUT AUDIBLEAudible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
