Come join our dynamic team!What You Will Do:This position will have full Product Margin responsibilities for all L’Oreal Luxe American Brands, including Kiehl’s, Ralph Lauren Fragrances, Urban Decay, iT Cosmetics and Youth to the People. This includes leading and driving the Transfer Price and profitability processes for the brands as well as directly engaging on the profitability of the Kiehl’s brand.This position works directly with the Luxe DMI Finance Brand leaders, Kiehl’s DMI Marketing Teams, Kiehl’s DMI General Management, Luxe WW Division DMI Finance, Luxe Operations and the USA Affaire March Finance Teams.+ Responsibilities include:+ Piloting and Transforming Inter Group Margin [50%]:+ Maintain the Margin Dashboard for monthly closes and trend activities, including InterGroup Eliminations for on-hand stock+ Compile monthly performance summaries and commentary on margin performance+ Closely monitor all inter-group billings are accurate with current transfer price and all master data is up-to-date for existing products, including sets and non-salable+ Work with BEST USA Margin Team to ensure USA Margin is accurate and partner with USA brand controllers on any issues or missing prices+ Be a Compass AFP tool master user and coordinate with Luxe Division DMI Finance to enhance performance and maintenance for the USA Brands+ Partner with Supply Chain on Freight In costs and controls+ Co-Pilot Profitable Growth [30%]:+ Work with the Kiehl’s Mkting team to ensure all new launches are accretive to the Product Margin of the Zones+ Influence Kiehl’s DMI Mkting Teams to make best business decision+ Cross pollinate best practices from other brands to improve Margin+ Transform Projects [20%], including navigation into the NEO environment in 2026+ People Responsibilities include:+ Dotted line responsible (cross matrix) of two additional margin controllers+ Key KPIS for the role:+ 100% Accuracy of the Finished Good and Non-Salable Transfer Prices invoiced to the inter-group customers for all brands+ All future launches have accretive value to the Product Margin of the P&L+ Ensure quick response and accuracy to all external audit requestsWhat We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/ Marketing or a related field.
