At Henkel, you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with top retail partners to deliver outstanding digital commerce experiences.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Content Manager to support our eCommerce content strategy across our portfolio of Henkel Consumer Brands(HCB). In this role, you will assist in the development, evaluation, and optimization of digital content to enhance our brand presence, drive algorithmic relevance, and increase conversion rates with key retail partners.**Support Digital Content Strategy:**+ Assist in executing the eCommerce digital content strategy across multiple HCB brands, ensuring content meets quality standards and aligns with brand goals and retailer guidelines and/or requirements.+ Help in developing digital content that supports superior digital commerce experiences, contributing to increased algorithmic relevance, brand awareness, and conversions.**Content Evaluation and Quality:**+ Participate in content evaluation processes to ensure digital commerce content meets best-in-class standards for prioritized brands and retailers.+ Work with business units to help implement brand-specific and retailer-specific content strategies aimed at improving organic and paid placements.**Digital Shelf Monitoring:**+ Assist in tracking digital shelf KPIs, identifying content gaps and opportunities, and suggesting improvements to drive content effectiveness.+ Collaborate with the DX team to support enhancements to eCommerce technical platforms, contributing to resource efficiency across HCB.**Content Development and Collaboration:**+ Support the development of digital content by coordinating with agency partners, internal creative teams, and SEO experts.+ Help gather and organize industry insights and platform knowledge to inform digital commerce strategies.**Project Coordination and Approval Process:**+ Assist in managing the approval process for digital assets, ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.+ Support the prioritization and future roadmap development for retailer-specific content initiatives.**Budget Management:**+ Assist in managing the content team’s budget, including tracking expenditures, forecasting future needs, and ensuring efficient use of resources.+ Work with the Content Manager to develop and maintain budget reports, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.**YOUR SKILLS**+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.+ 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, content generation or content management.+ Effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines across different stakeholders simultaneously.+ Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, asset management systems, and content management systems.+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.+ Basic understanding of digital commerce trends and strategies.+ Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).+ Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.+ A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.+ Ability to brief creative and provide effective and efficient feedback.The salary for this role is $87,300.00- $105,900.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
