As a Senior Data Driven Insights Analyst, you will join a high-performing team while operating with significant autonomy and limited supervision to support Asset Management Services (AMS) leaders. Your role involves interpreting the critical business needs of stakeholders, providing appropriate analyses of relevant data, and transforming it into actionable insights that enhance business performance. You will model complex business scenarios, identify key performance metrics, and conduct comprehensive data analyses using a range of techniques from summary statistics to advanced modeling. Additionally, you will create and automate reports, effectively communicate findings to diverse stakeholder audiences, and mentor less experienced analysts on the team. Join us and make a significant impact by driving data-driven decisions that will propel our business forward!**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Collaborate with AMS leadership to identify, define, and solve a variety of complex business problems and opportunities.* Lead, manage and execute data analysis projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to project scope, and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.* Develop statistical models and methodologies to predict, quantify, or forecast various operational and performance metrics.* Prepare management reports and present findings defining the problem, documenting the analysis, and recommending courses of action to determine the best outcome.* Analyze current systems and processes, collaborating with the AMS business reporting team to develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations.* Become the subject matter expert on AMS data, ensuring quality and reliability, providing feedback to business process owners and the IT department as needed.* Proactively evaluate and propose enhancements to procedures and technical infrastructure.* Mentor less experienced analysts, providing training on analytical techniques to foster their development and ensure team cohesion.* Support firm level initiatives and ad hoc requests from a variety of departments and stakeholders.**Qualifications****Knowledge of*** Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience of statistical and machine learning models and methods.* Advanced knowledge of large relational databases and SQL programming.* Familiarity with data mining, reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau.* Awareness of relevant emerging tools and techniques that can be adopted at Raymond James**Skill in*** Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerPoint and Tableau, with hands-on experience using CRM tools.* Simplification and presentation of time series and cross-sectional data.* Application of mathematical operations to tasks such as frequency distribution, test reliability and validity assessment, analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis* Advanced communication skills with a proficiency for conveying complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.* Meeting or exceeding client service expectations set by leadership.**Ability to*** Engage directly with business leaders to thoroughly understand their business needs.* Effectively communicate and present research-driven recommendations to management.* Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.* Prioritize research opportunities and invest in those with the highest ROI.* Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.* Design more effective or efficient research processes and advocate for their adoption across the team.* Synthesize purchased or proprietary research from other teams into a larger story.* Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others.* Utilize a variety of sources to collect and analyze information to support modeling and analysis.**Education/Previous Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.* Minimum of (3) years of experience in data analytics, preferably with exposure to the Financial Services sector.OR ~* An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.**Licenses/Certifications*** None required.**Travel Required*** None required.**Job:** Marketing**Primary Location:** US-FL-St. Petersburg-Saint Petersburg**Organization** Marketing**Schedule** Full-time**Job Shift** Day Job**Travel** No**Req ID:** 2402828
