Know Your Rights: eoc.gov/sites/default/files/2022-10/EEOC\_KnowYourRights\_screen\_reader\_10\_20.pdfResponsibilitiesThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system.+ Canva Savvy+ Social Media content creation - videos, postings, engagement+ Recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing that address the current and future workforce needs at the hospital and regional level.+ Sources and screens candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, and coordinates and tracks interviews with hiring managers.+ Work closely with the Regional TA Manager, TA Teams, hiring managers, other facility human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting practice meet the organization's needs.We are looking for someone with a proven strategy todevelopandmaintainonline communities in support of ourrecruitment initiatives. Someone who can build asocial media presencethat delivers a significant amount of candidate lead’s.QualificationsEducation and Work ExperienceRequired qualifications:+ High school diploma/GED, required.+ Experience developing and negotiating job offers.+ Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.+ Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.+ Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skillsPreferred qualifications:+ Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field.+ Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experiencePrime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $26.00 to $36.00.
