UI and UX Designer and Developer
The Opportunity:Booz Allen's Enterprise Digital Experience team manages the company's external-facing digital presence, including digital marketing and social media channels. We sit at the intersection of marketing strategy, experience design, data analytics, and leading-edge technology, supporting the company's mission of "empowering people to change the world" through exceptional digital experiences. We are seeking a talented and experienced hybrid UX/UI Designer & Developer, focused on designing and developing engaging and intuitive digital user experiences that make an impact. You will display a passion for understanding the needs and motivations of end-users and delivering experiences that drive business outcomes, particularly in the context of digital marketing.In this role, you'll work closely with marketing and brand leaders to deliver scalable interface design patterns that support marketing needs while maintaining alignment to brand standards. You'll set the standard for front-end development practices, coding standards, and establish patterns and libraries for reusable front-end code. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
