As a user experience (UX) designer, you put yourself in the user's place to understand the best ways they can engage with the system. We're looking for someone creative like you to help develop the ultimate user experience.In this role, you'll work closely with the lead on your team to understand your clients' vision and their user's needs. Working on an agile team, you'll build skills in designing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing. You'll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, interface design, and front-end development. The world can't wait.You Have:3+ years of experience with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, visual layout, interaction design, and usability testing
Experience working in Public Health domain
Experience with front-end development, 3D art, data visualization, and graphic design principles
Ability to elicit business, functional, and customer requirements to design backend microservices and process workflows
Ability to work with business lines and stakeholders to recognize their needs and translate the needs to development teams
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:Experience with designing or coding responsive digital platforms for APIs
Experience working with low-code and no-code tools
Knowledge of UX strategy, content strategy, product management, service design, and UX copywriting

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
