Brand Stewardship:

Uphold and champion our brand, ensuring all marketing efforts align with our luxury brand guidelines. •

Creative Collateral:

Develop and manage a wide range of marketing materials, from agent bios and listing copy to presentations, flyers, social media assets, and custom materials. •

Agent Support:

Serve as the go-to marketing consultant for our local agents, providing guidance on marketing strategies, processes, and campaign execution. •

Advertising Strategy:

Coordinate local advertising and media buying efforts, ensuring our brand is positioned effectively in the market. •

Vendor Coordination:

Manage the production and printing of marketing materials, collaborating with local vendors to meet project deadlines. •

Custom Projects:

Lead and oversee custom branding projects, working with external marketing agencies to deliver tailored solutions. •

Compliance Approvals:

Review and approve all new listings to ensure they meet compliance standards and align with our brand guidelines. •

Training Onboarding:

Conduct marketing training and onboarding sessions for new hires, both staff and agents, to integrate them into our brand and marketing strategies. •

Social Media Management:

Take charge of the office’s social media presence, curating content that engages and grows our online audience. •

Collaborative Meetings:

Participate in monthly marketing meetings with our Franchise Marketing Managers, sharing insights and collaborating on company-wide initiatives. •

Ad Hoc Projects:

Support the Managing Partners with various marketing-related tasks as needed, including advising on agent business planning. Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. •

Experience:

2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the real estate industry or a luxury brand environment. •

Communication Skills:

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, both internally and client-facing. •

Attention to Detail:

Impeccable grammar, proofreading, and copyediting skills, with a keen eye for detail. •

Project Management:

Strong project and client management skills, including managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring quality control. •

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft 365, with a working knowledge of Adobe Suite (especially InDesign) or Canva. Graphic design experience is preferred. •

Digital Marketing:

Familiarity with email marketing systems is a plus, though not required. •

Organizational Skills:

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. •

Pressure Handling:

Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines in a results-driven setting. •

Critical Thinking:

Demonstrated ability to gain trust and respect through sound critical-thinking skills, maintaining composure in stressful situations. • Proactive Attitude: Strong initiative and follow-through, with a clear understanding of what needs to be done and the ability to operate with urgency, focus, and discipline.
