This marketing project manager will collaborate with senior marketing and compliance leadership to establish marketing processes and procedures that meet all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with senior marketing and compliance leadership to set up the organization for scale.Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient project completion.Bring structure to ambiguous problems by working cross-functionally and prioritizing tasks logically.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to influence and achieve project goals.Traverse between big picture thinking and detailed execution.Qualifications:8+ years in program management, compliance, digital business transformation, or a similar role.Experience operating in regulated environments.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and balance multiple projects.Excellent communication and influence skills for both internal and external stakeholders.Comfort with and experience in regulated environments.Ability to influence without authority and get things done.Understanding of marketing technology is a plus.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree with 8 to 12 years of experience.
