If so, you might be the perfect candidate to help ignite our consumer s thirst for our beverage brands in the Central geography.The Burnsville Pepsi Print Shop is seeking a Graphic Designer that will create point of sale designs that are customized for our retail and foodservice environment. Reporting into the Activation Solutions Manager for Burnsville, this position will be accountable for step-changing the way we communicate our brands in-store. You will be responsible for creating high impact custom point of sale material for our key customers as well as toolkits that can be rolled out across multiple channels. Responsibilities - Develop customized Marketing POS for our customers and our field to bring our brands to life in-store - Communicate directly with sales representatives for approval of art - Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Shopper Marketing team to ensure our designs line up with key priorities for our brands and our Central Division - Collaborate with Production Team and/or Foodservice Designer to ensure timely delivery of tools - Occasional creation of digital advertisements - Troubleshoot mechanical issues on all equipment - Conducts finish work, including, cutting, laminating, and binding - Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels - Track waste, spoilage, usage and inventory, and service credits - Additional functions incidental to printing and administrative activities. Compensation & Benefits: - The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000. - Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. - Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. - In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan. Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or related field strongly preferred; would consider 5 years of experience as a designer in a print shop with a portfolio - Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines - Excellent layout design skills - Excellent written/verbal communication skills - Strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills (other Adobe Creative Suite program knowledge is a plus) - Ability to move, carry, and lift 60 lbs; ability to bend/twist at waist and knees on a consistent basis - Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members - Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure - Ability to work with minimal supervision.
