TDA is seeking an Art Director with 2-5 years of experience to join our collaborative team. We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented creative who is eager to produce top-tier work and is committed to putting in the effort required to achieve it. A strong desire to learn and a willingness to contribute to our cherished agency culture are essential. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Copywriters to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned projects across a variety of mediums, that are on brand and strategyAbility to clearly articulate creative conceptsCommunicate effectively and work closely with all departments as a team player to ensure the creative needs of agency clients are metManage multiple assignments and clientsBuild compelling decks for client presentations and pitch workTrack and maintain accurate timesheetsQualifications and Requirements
2-5 years agency experience is a mustCreative Portfolio is required to be consideredAbility to work well under tight deadlinesStrong collaboratorExceptional attention to detailExpert in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorTDA Benefits

Salary range: $75,000-90,000 based on experience
This is a full-time position in our Boulder, CO office. Our office is currently operating in a hybrid capacity with one in-office day per week. We are committed to finding top talent and will prioritize local candidates, but we are open to considering remote applicants for the right fit.
