This role:

Simtra, a premier Sterile Fill Injectables Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and to help build the Simtra brand across digital channels. This position reports to the Director of Branding.

The responsibilities:

Email Marketing - 25%

Produce and implement email campaigns - including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, Quality Assurance (QA), and schedulingConceptualize new email marketing campaigns aligned with business goalsLead and implement email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities and internal partnersWork in partnership with designers and copywriters to optimize email creative and template structure based on standard methodologiesMaintain a database of SFDC (Salesforce( contacts and leads who have opted to receive our correspondenceRegularly aggregate leads from different sources and load them into Salesforce MCAE (Pardot)Provide regular email campaign performance reports that include opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc.Regularly identify trends and email marketing strategies from other leading global brands to glean insights on standard methodologies and new innovative ideas for email marketing tactics - including audits of how to acquire, nurture and retain these customers

Digital Marketing - 25%

Execute digital marketing tactics - including social media posts on LinkedIn (paid and owned) and Facebook, digital advert execution with publishersMaintain corporate YouTube channelOversee Google Ad WordsMonitor and report on cross-channel campaign performance through Datorama or PowerBI and publisher analytics

Website and Intranet - 50%Lead project management of website & intranet redesign and launchCoordination of functional owners - site map & content requirementsEngage with external vendors as needed to support variousProject status tracking and reporting to internal stakeholdersTrack & report on website metrics (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM)Manage accounts for selected tools (including WordPress, WP Engine, Google Analytics)Coordinate requests and implementation of content updates to website & intranetCreate landing pages/forms for gated content, contact us, and meeting requests on corporate websiteRespond to and troubleshoot all issuesConduct regular content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate informationAssist in creating appropriate content aligned with the organization's strategyKeep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field5+ years digital marketing experienceB2B and/or Healthcare experience preferredExperience with marketing automation (Salesforce MCAE (Pardot))Experience with lead management (Salesforce CRM), lead qualification and nurturingStrong project management skillsExperience with email marketingDigital campaign management & digital advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Search, etc.)Analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Datorama, Salesforce, etc.)Knowledge of email regulations, standard methodologies, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL)Experience using SharePoint, WordPress, CanvaIn return, you'll be eligible for
