The successful candidate will build relationships with key customers and internal departments to help drive new product marketing. This position is Naples based and will require some travel. Main Objective:

The Product Marketing Associate will participate in the planning and execution of downstream marketing efforts for Arthrex Imaging and Resection products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Work closely with the Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), Team Product Director, and Product (PM) Management Team to plan, develop, manage, and execute marketing initiatives.Assist with all corporate marketing initiatives including meeting/exhibit/event support, advertising management, website development support, sales tools, and international downstream marketing efforts.Work with PMM and PM team to assist with market research in the development of Marketing plans that include targeting, value proposition, key messaging, market analysis, competitive analysis, promotional planning, trade show strategy, sales tool development, and digital and web strategy.Work closely with PMM Team, PM team, and Marketing Communications (MarComm) Project Manager to manage downstream launch plans for new products and strategic campaigns, which may include the development of key messaging, photography/video requests, marketing collateral, sales tools, advertisements, digital marketing assets, tradeshow strategies, etc.Serve as liaison between Meetings & Exhibits, MarComm,, Medical Education, PM Team and manage preparation and execution of sponsorship/marketing opportunities for Imaging & Resection-related tradeshows, society events, meetings, and/or exhibits.Work closely with the team's Project Manager to effectively move assets through the review and approval process in the Marketing Resource Management system.Manage database of PM PowerPoints, video clips, images, surgical case examples, and other resources and assist with final creative edits for both surgeon and rep-facing presentations for meetings and trainings, as needed.Develop, maintain, and lead the event management planning regarding assigning attendees, identifying inventory needed for event(s), maintaining resource allocation, and ensuring product displays are current, accessible, and available for use.Own and maintain event calendar and dashboard, ensuring marketing and Product Management event deliverables are met on time.Lead the development and management of PMM-specific project planning, where appropriate.Review Marketing/Communications analytics to support messaging, product focus, and promotional planning.Establish and review marketing analytics to support messaging, product focus, and promotional planningWork with PM team to assist with coordination of training, where necessary.Ability to work with cadavers in a lab setting.Travel for training, meetings, and trade shows may be required up to 15%.In-office, Naples, FL- based position; not remote.Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree required, preferably in business or marketing; MBA preferredExperience in Medical Marketing preferred.Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
