Our client, a pharmaceutical leader, is seeking a Digital Designer to support Digital Experience Strategies best practices via internal MS Teams, Sharepoint, and Viva Engage platforms. Responsibilities include assisting in the design and development of a Community of Practice for Pharmaceutical Healthcare to drive awareness and adoption of digital customer experience best practices to support HCP and HCC e-commerce websites and other digital platforms used by our company.

This role works closely with Digital Experience Strategy Lead and collaborates with Business, Marketing, and Digital Engagement Teams to improve Digital Customer Experiences. The ideal candidate for this role will provide support and subject matter expertise, design and development from creation to deployment of internal MS Team sites, Sharepoint, and Viva Engage platforms, as well as leveraging tools, technologies, and best practices to build a thriving community of practice.

Key responsibilities of the Digital Designer and Community Manager include the following:Design and develop visually appealing digital materials including websites, emails, social media graphics, videos, presentations, reports, and other marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other software tools.Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all design projects.Work closely with the Digital Experience Strategy lead, marketing and communications teams to concept and execute digital design initiatives to align with organizational objectives.Design and maintain intranet portals, including creating page layouts, uploading content, and ensuring optimal user experience including setting up a consistent messaging cadence and calendar of events.Leverage SharePoint and other content management systems to organize, store and share digital assets.Collaborate with internal teams and partners on digital projects as needed.Assist with project management ensuring timelines are met.Engage with Digital Engagement team members including CX/UX, Content Developers and Designers, Marketing teams and Digital Engagement teams to share best practices to build a Digital Customer Experience community of practice.Maintain digital channel standards and/or templates required by the business; provide training and education. Ensure all technical and business guidance documentation is accurate, current, and compliant.Work with Digital Experience Strategy, Marketing teams and stakeholders to updateMS Teams, Sharepoint or Viva Engage platforms, send emails to communicate updates, events, or changes to internal and external customersAssist with DCX initiatives to implement new capabilities to scale across brands or channels.Monitor and analyze platform performance in collaboration using analytical, CX and performance toolsWork collaboratively across stakeholders to identify and implement areas for improvement, including redesigning and optimizing platforms using proprietary design system and customer experience best practices.Required Experience and Skills

:- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred- Minimum of 3 years digital design roles, marketing agency, marketing support, and/or digital channel innovation- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Microsoft Office Suite, and content management systems like SharePoint- Knowledge of design principles including UI/UX, responsive design, accessibility standards- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong time management and ability to multitask on multiple projects- Project management experience is a plus- Outstanding creativity, problem-solving and collaboration skills- Ability to deal with high complexity projects- Ability to interpret analytics and customer experience insights to make data driven decisions- Experience in writing guidance, playbooks and technical documentation- Business Acumen, strategic thinking, and problem solving- Passion for working with technology and experimenting with new digital solutions.

Preferred Experience and Skills

Experience executing strategy with and MVP mindset, and collaborating cross-functionally to test, learn, iterate thoughout an agile process with project management expertise.Experience planning and rolling out new capabilities, and the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-motivated approach.Scrum/Agile experience: collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and project management skills as part of an Agile teamEducation Requirements:

ASSOC/BA/BS degree

Other Requirements

Compensation Range: $105K - $115K (DOE)
