About the Role:

Heartland’s eCommerce business has grown substantially over the last 5 years and we are looking for a Retail Media Account Manager to join our expanding team. This role will be focused on owning search and retail media for the Splenda brand across grocery retail media networks with a focus on Amazon. This role will report to the National Account Manager, Amazon, and work in collaboration with Heartland’s marketing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Amazon Advertising

Strategize, implement, maintain and optimize advertising campaigns through Amazon’s Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display AdvertisingOwn relationship with Amazon’s Ads teamCoordinate with Heartland’s marketing team to promote sales on Amazon through social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns and incorporating Amazon into master brand marketing strategiesImplement A/B testing to refine ad copy, creative, and targeting parameters for maximum effectivenessTrack spend and manage a large advertising budgetOther Retail Media Networks

Develop and execute retail media strategies across other key networks like Instacart and CriteoManage ad budgets for each retail media networkData Analytics

Use data analytics tools like Helium10, Profitero and Amazon’s Brand Analytics reports to conduct keyword research, competitor research and general market research for each retail media networkUse data analytics tools to track and improve keyword ranking and share of salesAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunitiesDevelop actionable insights to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and advertising campaignsReport on marketing performance to broader team and continually improve reporting methodsDesired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s DegreeExperience with Seller Central and/or Vendor CentralAt least 1 year of experience in managing retail media sponsored adsStrong understanding of digital marketing, online conversion, SEO and campaign optimizationFamiliarity with Amazon tools like Brand Analytics and Helium10Entrepreneurial self-starter with growth mindsetDetail oriented with good project management skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsData driven with strong analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel: pivot tables, vlookups etc.)
