Western National Property Management is on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team! As a key player in our creative squad, you'll be the artistic force behind the visual identity of our residential communities. Here's what you'll be doing:

What You'll Do :

Design Magic : Craft eye-catching designs that. From print and digital pieces to banners, brochures, and beyond, your work will be everywhere!Creative Design & Production : Develop and produce visually engaging designs for a wide range of marketing materials to captivate our target audience and highlight the unique features and amenities of our apartment communities. This includes brochures, flyers, promotional products, advertisements, signage, digital assets, floor plans, website graphics, and social media content for our residential communities.Collaborative Work : Partner with operations and community managers to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring that all design projects align with and support the overall marketing strategies.Community Engagement : Design visually appealing materials to promote special events, resident gatherings, and recreational activities within our multifamily properties, helping to foster a strong sense of community and engagement.Cross-Department Liaison : Act as a bridge between the marketing department, operations, and external sign companies to ensure smooth communication and project execution.Signage Design Collaboration : Work on the design and graphics for signage across our multifamily properties, you will be the go-between for our marketing team, operations, and external sign companies, ensuring smooth communication and flawless project execution.Vendor Management : Initiate and maintain relationships with vendors for print and design services, ensuring high-quality and timely production of all materials.Event Extraordinaire : Dream up and design engaging collateral for corporate events, including invitations, signage, presentations, and promotional materials.Collaborate & Innovate : As a member of our marketing team to create and execute exciting campaigns, and actively participate in special projects and events.Why You'll Love It Here:

This position offers $35.00- $41.00 per hour with bonus potential, plus benefits.

What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table as a

Graphic Designer:

Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of graphic design and/or background sufficient to coordinate and support company-wide graphic design initiatives and programs.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred

or

equivalent in experience and 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.Creative thinker with excellent conceptual skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and photography.Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality work, sometimes under tight deadlines.Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques a plus.Demonstrates a wide degree of independent creativity and artistic skills.Organizational abilities and the ability to consistently self-manage.Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
