You will own two key products/use cases for the business. This role will be responsible for an incubation use case that has the potential for significant impact to the business. Many industries, such as technology, manufacturing, and life sciences, have extensive partner channels, and we need to enable them in an approach similar to their frontline/FTE organization. As an owner of the partner enablement use case, you will be responsible for the GTM strategy, including value proposition, assets, key sales plays, and pricing/packaging. You will work closely with the Sales team, Enablement team, and the rest of Marketing to effectively land this use case and achieve revenue goals. You will also work closely with the product team to influence product requirements and the roadmap for this use case. This role will also own our services offerings, similar to how a product might be owned. Our services offerings are a critical part of ensuring our customers are successful and become loyal advocates of Highspot. You will partner closely with our Services team, our Sales team, and the rest of Marketing to build the value propositions, the assets, and the strategies that will embed services as part of our ongoing first-sale and renewal/expansion GTM. You will partner with Services on pricing and packaging, as well as new service offerings that can help accelerate how our customers realize value from Highspot.What You'll DoDefine GTM initiatives/plays, in partnership with Sales, Enablement, and other marketing teams, including goals/business outcomes, strategies, and tactics.Build out the GTM assets required for the plays, including value propositions, sales decks, brochures, and demos.Be directly responsible for the impact of GTM initiatives/plays on revenue goals, and optimize strategies and tactics accordingly.Ensure our frontline is equipped with the latest and greatest messaging, assets, and training.Ensure our frontline revenue organization understands the opportunity and how to land key plays.Represent the areas you own at key events and training activities, such as our annual customer conference.Your BackgroundYou have 10-12 years of product marketing experience, including shipping new products, working with revenue teams, and making pricing/packaging decisions.You are passionate about product marketing and driving predictable revenue growth for the organization through GTM initiatives/plays and scale programs.You are exceptional at taking ideas and ambiguous data, defining the right outcome, and then mapping the right strategy and roadmap to get there.You can communicate and articulate the vision and strategy to execs, team members, and customers.You excel at cross-group collaboration, specifically working with marketing, revenue, and product stakeholders.You are a strong communicator and can lead teams through difficult decisions.You have strong data skills in quantitative analytics and qualitative research.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range: $156,522 - $234,783. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, stock options, and other forms of compensation. The above represents total expected compensation for this role.
