Lawrence Wine Estates supports a growing collection of wine estates in Napa Valley. The collection includes Heitz Cellar, Burgess, Stony Hill Vineyard, Ink Grade, Haynes, and Trailside. Combining wineries with a deep legacy in Napa Valley, as well as emerging brands that are anchored by distinct estate vineyards. Since the purchase of Heitz Cellar in 2018, owner Gaylon Lawrence and Master Sommelier and CEO Carlton McCoy have continued to acquire unique vineyards and now seek to launch new brands to realize more fully the potential of more than 600 acres of Napa Valley vineyards. All the estate brands honor traditional wine styles and prioritize natural farming techniques to create pure and balanced wines of the highest quality. Lawrence Wine Estates works closely with Demeine Estates, the sales and marketing partner for each of the wine estates.Opportunity:

We’re looking for a passionate, driven individual to join our dynamic Marketing Department. The Content Marketing Specialist will work with the marketing team to execute copywriting and marketing content across our emerging and existing email, SMS, web, social, and print channels.The successful candidate will be creative, organized and results-oriented with the ability to create engaging and effective copy and build out campaigns that grow the brand and influence target audiences. They will utilize the full mix of marketing tactics to accomplish these objectives, including email, social media, text, print, advertising and promotional materials, and they will partner across departments and units to ensure fully coordinated execution. This role will be critical in supporting our estate’s growth initiatives and strategic priorities. The position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule with onsite work being performed primarily in Napa Valley.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute copywriting across all marketing channels based on marketing strategy.Produce DTC email communications including building out automated emails and nurture drips collaborating closely with ecommerce manager constantly testing various content strategies utilizing A/B testing.Write copy for social media posts, manage post scheduling, and execute scheduling of posting and engagement across the brands social media accounts.Work with the marketing and creative team to find new ways to drive revenue and customer engagement.Help create a high-quality and effective SMS Text Marketing Content that compliments other company communications.Assist in website updates and collaborate with the marketing team on web optimization.You’ll work closely with e-commerce manager to create audience segmentation to aid in effective targeting and re-targeting campaigns across all e-commerce channels.You’ll assist with DTC/membership marketing communications calendar and strategy.You’ll assist Creative Director with print and digital collateral.You’ll assist with analyzing and report on the performance of e-commerce campaigns and help to manage company marketing dashboards.You’ll be the chief proofreader across all writing content.You’ll assist on miscellaneous marking projects including photoshoots, admin, and other projects.What you'll bring to the table:

You are a creative and engaging storyteller.You are passionate about wine and ideally have wine industry experience.You have experience working in the field of consumer marketing, digital marketing, social media platforms, email marketing or equivalent relevant experience.You have experience in current email marketing platforms and websites such as Klaviyo or MailChimp.You have a strong interest and basic knowledge of digital & social marketing programs including content creation, digital production, email marketing, research, analytics and developing insights.You have strong time management skills.You have exemplary organization skills and attention to detail.You have excellent written and oral communication skills.You are able to prioritize and multitask.You have at least 2-5 years equivalent work experience in marketing, communications or a related field.Bonus Points:
