Leads the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive revenue growth across all product lines and market segments.Implements cutting-edge market and competitive intelligence practices to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.Oversees the strategic account planning process, focusing on expansion within existing accounts and acquiring new strategic accounts through targeted marketing efforts.Manages the overall marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives to maximize ROI and meet financial objectives.Directs the organization’s participation in key industry events, overseeing the creation of impactful presentations and materials that enhance brand recognition and market reach.Collaborates with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and enhance the customer journey from awareness to conversion.Designs and implements targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns that engage key accounts and decision-makers at various buying stages.Advocates for the continuous adoption of analytics and data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve outcomes.Builds and leads a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Provides mentorship, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members, supporting their growth and success within the organization.Partners with department leadership to evaluate headcount needs.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Master’s degree.Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic marketing roles.Minimum 5 years in a leadership position in a commercial marketing setting with a minimum of 2 years within a 503B compounding pharmacy setting.
