Let’s embark on this journey together, making an indelible mark on the industry and in the lives of those we serve.Duties And ResponsibilitiesStrategizes and deploys a comprehensive corporate communication blueprint that aligns with the strategic ambitions of Empower and elevates our brand narrative.Forges strong alliances with the leadership echelon, ensuring that the essence of our brand resonates uniformly through every initiative.Pioneers both the shield and the spear of our brand’s narrative, sculpting and steering brand and communication initiatives.Cultivates a network of pivotal partnerships and stakeholder relationships, amplifying brand presence and positive perception.Embraces the mantle of the company’s spokesperson, embodying the voice and ethos of Empower in every public interaction.Masterminds crisis communication frameworks and response mechanisms to protect and preserve brand integrity.Fosters connections with stakeholders, nurturing a culture of brand advocacy and loyalty.Orchestrates the creation of communication materials that celebrate our milestones, maintaining brand coherence.Directs the narrative and execution of brand communication campaigns that strategically position Empower in the marketplace.Champions a uniform brand experience across all communication channels.Architects internal communication strategies that weave transparency and information sharing into our organizational culture.Sets and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication endeavors.Conducts regular audits of our communication strategies, employing a data-driven approach for refinement.Champions a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.Oversees and evaluates team performance, providing constructive feedback for growth.Assesses and navigates the evolving needs of the department, playing a pivotal role in recruitment and onboarding.Embraces additional responsibilities as they arise, adapting to meet dynamic organizational needs.Performs other duties as assigned.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Advanced degree preferred.10+ years in corporate communications experience, required.5+ years’ experience in a leadership role, required.Extensive experience in media relations, crisis communication, and brand reputation management.
