Marketing Project Manager
at
McKinley Marketing Partners .Our large global hospitality client based in northern Virginia is looking for a contract
marketing project manager
to join the team. In this position, you will use project management and strategic skills to support the brand's objectives. You will define, create, and develop multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive growth.This is a six-month, W2 contract that has the potential to extend/convert to a full time role. You must be based in the DMV and open to a hybrid office schedule. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and branding objectives as defined by the organizationDevelop and manage detailed project plans within the project management toolDemonstrate a deep understanding of the brand, its guidelines, and the competitive landscapeCollaborate cross-functionally to drive marketing tactics from inception through to completion, ensuring clear and effective communicationChampion and standardize the campaign management approach to ensure consistency across the departmentBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partnersUtilize data and analytics to inform and enhance creative implementationOversee timelines, schedules, budgets, billing, and asset trackers for your projectsCommunicate project status, potential issues, and risks to Account Management Leadership and project partnersAssist Leadership in identifying opportunities and developing contingency plans for projectsParticipate in performance and post-mortem reviews, applying key findings to future campaignsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field6+ years of professional work experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Project Management3+ years of experience in managing the execution of integrated plans or campaignsExceptional social and communication skills, including presenting to groups in person and via phoneCapacity to think critically and logically, work independently, and proactively seek out opportunities for innovationExtensive experience working with creative teams and supporting complex creative projectsKnowledge of digital, traditional, and social creative methodologies and specificationsMcKinley Marketing Partners, a 24 Seven company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
