If so, let's start the conversation.Director, Marketing AnalyticsIron Mountain is looking for Director, Marketing Analytics to lead the development and execution of fact-based reporting, analysis, and analytical models used to enhance decision-making across the marketing function. This role supports the organization with a team that builds and manages the dashboards necessary for these insights, and predictive models used to produce improved results. This person will lead the strategy and governance of our marketing analytics program, helping us to mature our strategy and insights to drive better decisions as we continue our climb up the Matterhorn.The ideal candidate will have a love of data and proven understanding of analytics, as well as understand how to find patterns in the data to help drive recommendations and shape the marketing narrative.Roles/ResponsibilitiesLead efforts to evolve, define, and implement frameworks for measuring, reporting, and analyzing marketing resultsGain buy-in for measurement models from key stakeholdersDevelop dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing insight to marketing stakeholders, then work to ensure utilization and adoption of reporting by these stakeholdersCreate and maintain appropriate marketing KPIs and ROI models for marketing organization, campaigns, and out-of-campaign activities to determine effectivenessEnable marketing team on analytics tools to ensure education and adoptionDefine metrics and report on a regular cadenceSuggest and develop advanced and predictive models such as marketing mix, propensity to buy, next best offer, and customer lifetime value, then assist marketing teams in using these models to adjust their tactical mixesWork closely with marketing operations functions on data requirements necessary to perform desired analyses; participate in the development of process modifications needed to deliver required dataUse data and metrics to help develop the narrative of marketing’s impact on the organizationManage team of analytics professionals, including demand and web specialistsQualifications.Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; MBA strongly preferred.At least 7 years of proven experience in marketing analytics.A minimum of 5 years of experience in building, managing, and leading high-performing teams.Comprehensive understanding of B2B marketing organizations and processes, including demand waterfall optimization.Experience in defining and building out marketing dashboardsProven expertise in optimizing pipeline strategy and delivering impactful insights.Familiarity and experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce, multi-attribution tools (i.e. CaliberMind), data analysis/visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, Python, etc.)Must have demonstrated track record of analysis; creating measurement plans and test designs, using data to inform business decisions, and operationalizing insightsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.Reasonably expected salary range: $154,700.00 - $206,300.00Category: MarketingIron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
