Through a wide range of marketing and communications services to external audiences and coordination with internal teams, you will position EY as an insightful leader in the sector. Your target audience will include current and future clients, our current and future employees, alumni, regulators, the media, and the communities within which we operate.The opportunityYou’ll have the opportunity to inform and implement the power and utility sector’s marketing strategy and initiatives for their respective practices. You’ll oversee the successful implementation and quality of the sector’s go-to-market marketing initiatives.Your key responsibilitiesContribute to the development of the sector’s marketing strategy and execute marketing campaigns.Track the ROI of the marketing initiatives.Oversee thought leadership, events, marketing automation, newsletters, paid media, social and more as it relates to the sector’s marketing campaigns.Skills and attributes for successAbility to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal project stakeholders.Adept at creating strategic, targeted and impactful go-to-market initiatives.Possess relevant market insight respective to your function.Strong understanding of factors affecting the sector, our firm, the practice and our markets.Adept at coordinating the creation of area marketing collateral and brochures.To qualify for the role, you must haveSeven-plus years of experience.Bachelor’s degree with a marketing or communications major or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentations).Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward manner.Ability to oversee significant portions of major or highly complex projects.Ideally, you’ll also haveAbility to team and collaborate with practice, industry and other firm leaders.Ability to work independently on marketing initiatives.Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.What we look forWe’re looking for individuals who have strong business acumen and personal leadership. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $180,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time.EY accepts applications for this position on an on-going basis.
