The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.Position OverviewTrue Classic is seeking an exceptional leader to manage and optimize our paid media channels. This role will focus on team building and leadership, managing key paid media channels (e.g. Meta, Google, TV, etc.) to acquire new customers and maximize their lifetime value. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing.

Key Areas of Accountability

Team Leadership : Hire, develop, and motivate both internal team members and external partners (e.g., agencies, consultants, SaaS partners) to foster a collaborative work environment & deliver exceptional business results.

Budget Allocation & Marketing Mix Optimization : Allocate advertising budget optimally across countries, channels, and tactics to maximize True Classic’s profitable growth potential.

Existing Media Channels : Optimize and efficiently scale all existing paid media channels globally (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) leveraging best in class creative, the latest ad-tech, and data-driven insights.

New Media Channels : Identify, scale, and optimize new paid media channels (e.g., TV, Direct Mail, Snap, X, Affiliates) to profitably grow True Classic.

Key Areas of Cross-Functional Collaboration

Marketing Analytics : Leverage robust analytics and reporting to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights, enhancing both customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing performance through collaboration with the analytics team.

Marketing Technology : Evaluate and integrate marketing technology tools that improve campaign efficiency, customer targeting, personalized messaging, and marketing automation in close collaboration with the tech team.

Product Development & Marketing : Collaborate closely with the product team to identify new product opportunities and craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience, elevating True Classic's market presence.

Creative & Content : Influence the creative team on paid media channels needs to ensure optimal content delivery (e.g., videos, statics, copy) that drives both customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts.

Commercial : Partner with the commercial team to identify and leverage paid media marketing programs to profitably grow across sales channels and countries.

FP&A : Provide strategic insights to the finance team to enhance customer acquisition and optimize marketing efficiency.

Requirements

7+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in a senior leadership role.

Strong experience efficiently managing 8-9 figure budgets on Paid Social (Meta) and Paid Search (Google) is a must.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Familiarity with e-commerce, direct-to-consumer brands, and omnichannel retail is highly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate deep consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to drive ideas from concept to completion quickly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial spirit; willing to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to achieve the best results and win as a team.

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing marketing teams; strong leadership abilities including mentoring, coaching, and inspiring teams.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
