This is an opportunity to be part of an established, reputable, and quality-driven agency that treats its patients and employees like family. We are seeking someone with extensive experience in healthcare (hospice, home health, home care, skilled nursing, etc.) marketing.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have strong existing relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, discharge planners, doctors, nursing facilities, ALFs, health insurance companies, etc.
Candidate must be able to carry out marketing efforts that will lead to the growth of the home health program. We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, driven, and intelligent.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills are helpful to a healthcare marketing professional.
Sufficient computer proficiency is required in healthcare marketing, as marketers must frequently use spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and email software applications.
Candidates should be able to prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines.
