The work of this team is fundamental to empowering developers to build great products that reach tens of millions of cardholders.This role is _hybrid_ meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. _Monday_ and _Fridays_ are enterprise- wide _virtual work days_ . _Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday_ are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.The right candidate will have a love of technology, a genuine ability to use language as a tool, and a deeply technical experience as a tech writer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $128,300 - $146,400 for Manager, Process ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
