Marketing Specialist I

to join our marketing team. This role will focus on leveraging marketing automation to execute effective email marketing campaigns, nurture leads, and generate qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation principles, CRM, graphic design principles and hopefully finds data-driven marketing to be satisfying.

Role Responsibilities:Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using marketing automation, including crafting compelling email copy, designing engaging templates, and managing email lists. Not all campaigns will require creating new content.

Build and manage lead nurturing campaigns to effectively engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.

Create and distribute surveys to gather valuable customer insights and feedback.

Design and develop high-converting landing pages using drag-and-drop interface or HTML (basic understanding required).

Analyze campaign performance metrics, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Build and connect web forms on webpages to CRM

Stay up-to-date on marketing automation trends and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (will consider years of experience equivalency)

1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (i.e. Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of campaign tracking

Preferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Experience with content creation (writing, design) and data analysis
