This role candidate will spearhead talent brand media campaigns and serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (like Digital Marketing, Brand, Talent Acquisition) and external partners to initiate, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of these campaigns aimed at attracting top talent in key hiring marketsPlan and execute talent brand media campaigns to attract top talent.Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring cohesive communication and strategy alignment.Regularly evaluate and optimize the talent acquisition channel strategy and website content for maximum engagement and conversion.Analyze campaign performances, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies.Maintain close collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to ensure a cohesive user experience across all digital platforms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven track record in digital marketing and running successful paid media campaigns.Solid experience in website content planning, management, and analytics.Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
