Collaborating with the team to articulate the Critical User Journeys (CUJs) and translate into coherent journey maps.Lead definition of a basic design language system for the tool, with paradigms for user input, data output, inline help, and more.Craft new designs, including user flows, wireframes, mocks, text, and prototypes; and communicate design intent to internal teams to build from.Test proposed mockups with key client constituents to validate direction. Collaborate with PM and TL to validate the built experiences that match the mock's intent.Deliver designs for each release by iterating details with the engineering team, and driving fit-and-finish polish through launc

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer with experience in either building tools and enterprise experiences to partner with us to:
Define and ensure the adoption of user-centered design principles for the Ads Quality teamSolve and rebuild highly complex use cases;Establish and own a design system to enable AQT and partner teams to deliver additional use cases in the future.
