We are seeking a skilled Content Designer with a strong background in UX content design, specifically for software products in the FinTech space. This role involves crafting content that enhances user experiences, primarily focusing on the integration between Credit Karma and TurboTax. The position is remote with a preference for candidates located near Intuit offices in San Diego or Mountain View.
Design and develop UX content that bridges Credit Karma and TurboTax, focusing on seamless user experiences.Write content for user flows, onboarding flows, and mobile experiences within the Credit Karma app.Collaborate closely with designers to ensure content aligns with overall design and user experience goals.Create persuasive, customer-focused content, especially for tax season-related user interactions.Contribute to content strategy discussions, articulating design and content decisions effectively
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 5 years of experience in UX content design, preferably within the FinTech industry.Proven experience in writing for software products, with a focus on user flows and software integration.Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers and other stakeholders.Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) and a willingness to learn AI tools used by the company.A portfolio showcasing relevant UX writing projects, particularly in software products or mobile experiences.
