$90,000 - $105,000 per yearRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of marketing initiatives from concept to execution. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns and projects. You will work closely with various departments to align project objectives with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocations.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Facilitate project kick-off meetings and set clear expectations for team roles and responsibilities.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Continuously assess and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or creative environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing project challenges.Understanding of digital marketing, media, and campaign management.Preferred Skills:Experience with live events, media production, or related fields.Familiarity with contract management and project scoping.Background in creative industries or event planning.Benefits:Comprehensive Health & Dental InsuranceGym MembershipDaily Meal StipendFlexible Remote Work Options (4 days in-office in NYC)Regular Team Events and Annual Company RetreatHow to Apply:Candidates must be available for in-person work at our New York City office.
