About SMACKIN':SMACKIN' is a fast-growing CPG brand that creates viral snacks specifically for the Gen Z market. We are on a mission to revolutionize the snacking industry with innovative products and a strong online presence.The RoleWe are seeking a Graphic Designer to join the SMACKIN' Marketing team. In this role, you will work directly with the marketing department, product development team, and copywriters to develop and execute effective creative strategies, concepts, and designs. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the ideation and production of impactful content, maintaining and advancing the SMACKIN' brand, and differentiating new product innovations. You will be required to proficiently handle a variety of design mediums, including META Ad Development, CPG Packaging Design, Web Design, Advertising, Photo and Video Editing, Email/SMS Design, 3D Graphics, and Social Media Graphics. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, collaborative professional capable of managing multiple projects, comfortable with ambiguity, and adept at navigating design and business challenges.The ResponsibilitiesBrand Development and Consistency:

Maintain and evolve the brand's visual language and guidelines to ensure that they reflect the brand's current identity and strategic direction. This ensures that every piece of collateral, from marketing materials and digital interfaces to packaging and social media content, consistently adheres to the brand's established standards.Conceptualization and Design:

Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative strategies that elevate the brand's visual identity. Generate innovative ideas and translate them into compelling visual designs across various mediums.Digital Design Expertise:

Utilize elements of visual communication to create unique and engaging creative that resonate with the brand's ethos and target audience. Infuse all forms of modern digital design into our marketing materials, packaging designs, and branding elements to enhance storytelling and overall brand recognition.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and other key teams to gain a thorough understanding of project goals, objectives, and requirements. This involves engaging in detailed discussions to align on project vision, target audience, and strategic priorities.CPG Packaging Design:

Work with Senior Graphic Designer todrive the packaging design process from concept to execution, leveraging and developing a deep understanding of CPG packaging trends, materials, and structural considerations. Develop packaging solutions that captivate consumers, optimize shelf presence, and reinforce brand messaging.Ad/Marketing Creative Development:

Collaboration among the marketing team to create visually appealing content that communicates the brand's message effectively and resonates with consumers.Stay Current and Have Fun:

To excel in the dynamic field of design, it's essential to keep abreast of the latest design trends, technological advancements, and industry best practices. This means actively engaging with design blogs, attending conferences, participating in webinars, and exploring new tools and technologies that can enhance your creative process.RequirementsWillingness and a hunger to learn, grow and exceed expectations2-4 years of design experience required, minimumA standout portfolio highlighting expertise in digital illustration, branding, packaging design, photo/video editing, web design, brand development & marketing creativeAbility to work as a team member in a collaborative group environment or alone.Ability to interpret and follow written instructions and/or oral directions.Effective oral, written, and electronic communication skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.Exceptional creativity, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas visually.A keen eye for detail, dedication to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional design solutions.A working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bonus Skillsets or Areas of Interest :
